You can add your registered HP products by tapping on the My HP Products button and entering product info such as product name and serial number (optional). 

To learn about common issues that are faced by other users around the world with certain HP products and to find out the solutions to these problems, Self Solve option is there at your service. You can view Top Solutions, Advisories Bulletins and Notices and product-specific Technical Manuals.

Assisted Solve lets you chat with an HP Support agent about various issues that you might be facing with your HP device(s). Remember that assisted support is only available for products that are under warranty or have an active support contact.

You can send solutions to your colleagues/ friends via email or tag solutions (Tag Document) and retrieve them from Service History option on the homescreen. Apart from storing your tags, the Service History of the app also stores your chat records as well as call records.

Living a life where you aren’t constantly filing away paid bills, warranties and receipts i.e. living a paperless life, is something that many people would like but the transition just isn’t as simple as the prospect is appealing. Doxo is a web service that aims to help you transit to a paperless life. The service allows you to keep track of multiple accounts and supports billing for several popular service providers that range from Internet, insurance and Banks to Mortgages. As for any old documents relating to payments or warranties; you can create virtual ‘files’ and upload your documents to them. Doxo acts as much like a platform for paying bills online as it does for storing your important documents.

To begin, start adding accounts for different services that you use. The service has two folders already added for you; Receipts and Warranties. You can add additional folders as well as services.

To add a folder or a service, click Add next to File Cabinet on the left panel and choose what you want to add. Billing is restricted to services that have partnered with this service. For others you can only add accounts and maintain your information online. Doxo shows you services available in your local area based on the zip code you entered when signing up.

For services that you can pay bills for through Doxo, you will see a Connect & Go Paperfree option. You can also add services that aren’t listed; search for the service that you want to add and if it isn’t available, you will be given an option to add a custom service.

For every account you add, you can save general information like username, password, phone number, addresses, email etc. or add custom fields for the information you want to save.

To each account, you can upload any number of documents. Individual documents should be 10MB or less and no more than 20MB of files should be uploaded at once.

To add files to a folder, click the Upload button on the top right of the app, browse and upload the file. Once the file is uploaded you have to select a folder to save it to. From the drop down menu, select which folder you want to save the file to and click File. Alternatively, if you click To Do the file will show up as a document that you have to follow up on.

The service is useful because as opposed to signing in to different accounts, you can use this one service to pay your bills for different services. It’s also a great way for storing your documents and cleaning out your drawer brimming with warranties and what not. The service also has an iPhone app that you can use to manage your accounts and upload documents.

Audio tagging utilities can organize large music collections and streamline meta tag information, so desktop and portable media players don’t take too much time while indexing audio tracks from music archives and creating playlists. But many music taggers don’t allow users to replace incorrect music file names (for example; Unknown Artist – Track 01.mp3) with meta tag information, which makes it quite hard to find required audio files from Windows Explorer. Toe Tag is a fast open source multi-tag editor to modify ID3 tags of music collection. In comparison previously reviewed music tagging tools, such as MusicBrainz Picard, MpTagThat, Fey Tag Editor, and TagScanner, it offers two complementary rule-based features to match filename with meta tag information. Furthermore, Toe Tag includes an option to fetch tag information from tracktype.org for specified music files, so you don’t have to manually add meta tags like, artist, title, album name, year of release, etc to music files in your collection.

The multi-tag editor doesn’t require you to enter each ID3 V1/V2 details. You can enable only those metadata fields in which you want to specify meta tags. The Caps pull-down menu lets you select case of tag titles. You can add album cover and edit details of any focused music file in list.

The main interface shows Tag –> Filename window, which lets you rename music files according to their meta tag information. To begin editing, navigate to music collection folder from left sidebar. Once selected, it will automatically start listing down all supported music files in main window. The lists shows both original file name and meta tag information, including, Title, Artist, Album, Track, Genre, Comment, etc. In order to replace original filename with its meta tag Title, select an option from Case to define which characters will be in upper and lower case and then click Add mask. Now simply click Apply to begin the renaming operation.

Once it has finished changing file titles, open the source folder to verify whether file names match with their meta tag titles or not.

Filename –> Tag feature works in similar fashion. You specify the music tracks, add word case method, and finally add mask to copy file titles to their music tag Titles field.  The CDDB window lets you use online resource for finding and replacing meta tag information.

Toe Tag is a great music tagging application which lets you not only search tag information from internet but allows swapping music file titles and tag information as well. Toe Tag works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
